Derrick Williams, BA, AA. (Founder)
Mr. Williams is a retired coaching and marketing specialist, serving the community for over 30 years. Through this organization, he will help underserved communities even further with the programs we will provide. Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing as well as an Associate's degree in Communications.
Terrance Echols, PhD., Vice-President
Dr. Echols brings a wealth of education and knowledgebase to the organization as an educator, facilitator, trainer, mentor and community activist. He has experience working in the fields of social services, education, mentorship and athletics. His primary focus will be curriculum design, programming, leadership development, and training. Creating a strong presence in the community with key stakeholders and community leaders will be shared with President Williams.
LaVont Wilson
With over 30 years of youth development, mentorship and community engagement, Mr. Wilson has carved out a niche in the Greater Cleveland community as a leader, activist, as well as mentor for countless youth and young adults during his time as Center Manager for the city of Cleveland- Department of Recreation. He has participated in several 'Community Conversations Townhall events that examine urban plight, education and peer-to-peer development. LaVont will primarily focus on establishing community partnerships, organizational enforcement, and providing motivation and enthusiasm to existing members and invited guest.
Uriah Dent
With a background in the Construction Industry as a Pipe Fitter, Uriah currently works in Building Operations as an Engineer. Uriah responsibilities are predicated in membership, youth development, community outreach and Building and Trades. He will work to establish a talent pool in the trades guided by the Area 3 Labor Workforce forecast. Spiritually guided, Uriah is a leading member of his congregation.
Raymond Johnson
Raymond provides continuous positive interaction through mentorship in the community. With a dedicated focus on community engagement, Raymond's has developed core partnerships with community groups, activists and local clergy. His communications skills represent a safe space for the mentees that he educates, allowing burgeoning scholars a place where they can feel safe and open to express themselves without reprisal. Ray's focus within the organization will remain predicated in youth engagement and athletic and wellness development.
Moses Brown
Moses is in charge of our recruitment efforts. He is a leader in his community congregation, as well.
Kevin Bruton, AB, AA.
Kevin brings over 20 years of web development, content and social media experience to the organization. Kevin serves as the Director of Technical Services. In this role, he manages the organization's media platform. He also serves as the Marketing and Communications Director, providing press releases and website monitoring. Additionally, Kevin brings a wealth of public speaking experience and mentorship to the organization. Finally, he is an experienced music director that will assist Derrick in creative and artistic youth development and engagement.
